The phrase ‘a picture is worth a thousand words’ justifies the art of visual storytelling. Every photograph has story to tell. Stories are integral to human culture and storytelling is timeless.

Over the past two years, we have heard stories of joy, friendship, family and loss. When our customers email us a photo to put in their locket, they usually enclose a little note telling us about the photo. Photos become a lot more interesting when there’s a story behind them and they have the ability to convey and evoke emotion, mood, ideas and messages just by hearing a little background about them. We’ve put photos of newborn babies in lockets to send to grandparents who haven’t been able to see their new grandchild due to the pandemic. We’ve put numerous photos of pets that have passed over the rainbow bridge. Moms, dads, cousins, friends, memorable places and things of meaning are all important parts of your life and special when the photo of them is selected to be worn in your locket.

We want to share some of the stories you’ve told us. Your story. Your reason for the photo you chose to put in your locket. We’ll be sharing them on our social media and website through the end of the
